Super?Compute X in Phoenix, USA is a new?generation large?scale AI hyperscale data center hosting tens of thousands of high?performance GPU servers for large?model training and AI inference workloads. The facility adopts hybrid cooling architecture combining cold?plate liquid cooling and partial immersion cooling, which imposes strict requirements on coolant circulation, precise flow distribution, zero?leakage performance and 24/7 non?stop operation. VTON delivers complete package of valves, canned circulation pumps and flow meters for CDU cooling distribution units, rack liquid?cooling branches, chilled?water loops, makeup?water and water?treatment systems, supporting system integrators and facility O&M procurement.
Project Challenges
Dramatic thermal load fluctuation from high?density GPU clusters requires dynamically accurate flow & pressure regulation for glycol coolant loops. Uneven flow distribution creates local hot?spots, leading to GPU frequency throttling or even server outage.
