XJ-MC201E motor protector is developed by our Company by analyzing and researching the advanced technologies and design ideas of high-voltage and low-voltage protection, to gear to the needs of customers in petroleum, chemical, smelting, steel, desulfurization and denitrification, power plant, sewage treatment and other industries who use the motors at most for intelligent manufacturing development. It has the functions of protection, control, measurement, metering, power quality analysis, fault record analysis and communication.
XJ-MC201E馬達(dá)保護(hù)器適用于開關(guān)采用接觸器控制的電機(jī)回路。
XJ-MC201E motor protector is applicable to the motor circuit with the switch controlled by a contactor.

Main features
? 采用32位高性能嵌入式ARM作為CPU,采用實(shí)時(shí)多任務(wù)嵌入式操作系統(tǒng);
? Use 32-bit high-performance embedded ARM as CPU, with a real-time multitasking embedded operating system;
? 采用高性能軟硬件測量技術(shù),保護(hù)測量二者兼得,電壓電流0.5級(jí),功率和電能0.5級(jí),電流具備10倍過載能力。
? Apply high-performance software and hardware measuring techniques for both protection and measurement, with the voltage and current of Level 0.5, the power and electric energy of Level 0.5, and the current for 10 times of overload.
? 高速現(xiàn)場總線傳輸技術(shù),采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)RS485通訊口、CAN通訊口,支持Modbus-RTU協(xié)議,裝置與裝置之間協(xié)調(diào)通訊,無需管理機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)換數(shù)據(jù)。CAN接口與CAS301(CAN通訊網(wǎng)關(guān))配合使用,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的高速傳輸。
? Apply high-speed fieldbus transmission technique, with standard RS485 and CAN COM ports, support Modbus-RTU, and achieve coordinated communication between devices, and convert data without a manager. Use CAN interface with CAS301 (CAN communication gateway) for high-speed transmission of data.
? 采用大屏幕漢字液晶顯示,人機(jī)界面友好,能顯示多種測量參數(shù)、修改保護(hù)定值、1000條運(yùn)行報(bào)告、故障錄波等;
? Apply a large LCD for Chinese characters, with friendly MMI to display a variety of measurement parameters, modify the fixed protection values, save 1000 operation reports and record fault, etc.;

1、 矢量零序保護(hù)為為自產(chǎn)零序電流。
1. Vector zero sequence protection is for the self-generated zero sequence current.
2、 外接零序或漏電保護(hù)需外接零序互感器或漏電互感器。兩保護(hù)功能的使用需對應(yīng)在系統(tǒng)設(shè)置中“零序/漏電互感器選擇"中選擇“零序"或者“漏電"。
2. The external zero sequence or leakage transformer is required for external zero sequence or leakage protection. To use the two protection functions, customers shall select “Zero Sequence" or “Leakage" in “Zero Sequence/Leakage Transformer Selection" in System Setting.
3、 CAN通訊為選配,此接口也可選為第2路RS485通訊,為選配功能。

Instructions of ordering and selection of machine units



? 在需要安裝儀表的盤上,開一91mm×91mm的方孔(帶端子排安裝深度95mm);
? Dill a square hole of 91mm×91mm on the panel to be installed with a meter (with a terminal block, in depth of 95mm);
? 將設(shè)備取出后去掉兩邊安裝卡子,然后從前插入到設(shè)備孔中;
? Remove the installation clips on both sides after taking out the device, and then insert into the hole from the front;
? 把安裝卡子分別從后部順著設(shè)備中間的溝槽裝上,并向前推緊卡子即可。
? Install the clips from the back along with the groove in the middle of device, and then push them to the front.
