ZDCF-9自動(dòng)氟離子測(cè)定儀

一、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：主要用于測(cè)定煤中氟的測(cè)定，根據(jù)GB/T4633利用高溫燃燒水解——氟離子選擇性電極法測(cè)定煤中總氟量，可供煤炭、電力、冶金和地質(zhì)勘探等部門的實(shí)驗(yàn)室使用。

I. Product characteristics: Mainly used to determine the fluorine in the coal. It determines the total fluorine in the coal by using the high temperature combustion hydrolyzing--fluoride ion selective electrode method in the national standard GB/T4633, and can be used by the laboratories of coal, power, metallurgy and geological prospecting sectors, etc.

二、 功能特點(diǎn)：

1、本儀器集控溫、攪拌及蒸汽量控制于一體，微電腦蒸汽多段控溫，穩(wěn)定性高，體積小，小功率耗電量小，測(cè)定精度高是目前實(shí)驗(yàn)室理想的氟含量測(cè)定儀器。

1. The meter integrates temperature control, mixing and steam amount control, with microcomputer for steam multi-stage temperature control, leading to high stability, small volume, small power consumption due to the small power and high determination accuracy, being an ideal fluorine content meter for the laboratories at present.

本儀器采用連續(xù)自動(dòng)電子控溫，實(shí)時(shí)控制升溫電流，溫度控制精確。

The meter uses the continuous automatic electronic temperature control, and controls the current for temperature rise in real time, resulting in accurate temperature control.

2、本儀器在一代設(shè)備的基礎(chǔ)上，改進(jìn)了送樣裝置，由人工送樣改為連續(xù)自動(dòng)送樣，避免了人工送樣，異徑管爆燃易裂的弊端。

2. The sample presentation device of the meter is improved on the basis of the first-generation equipment: changed from manual sample presentation to continuous automatic sample presentation, to avoid the disadvantage of deflagration and easy crack of the reducing pipe during manual sample presentation.

3、送樣更加穩(wěn)定連續(xù)性強(qiáng)，送樣時(shí)間精準(zhǔn)，提高了檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的精確度，簡化了實(shí)驗(yàn)人員的操作程序。

3. The sample presentation is more stable and has a strong continuity, and the sample presentation time is accurate, which increases the accuracy of the inspection result and simplifies the operating procedures of the experimenter.

4、采用單管式高溫爐為燃燒爐，長壽命硅碳管加熱器件，克服了雙管長時(shí)間加熱導(dǎo)致異徑管變形，溫度改變相互產(chǎn)生影響，造成檢測(cè)樣品的準(zhǔn)確度誤差增大、降低精度的缺點(diǎn)。

4. It uses single high-temperature tubular furnace as the combustion furnace and the long-life silicon-carbon tube heating element, to overcome the shortcomings that long-time heating by both tubular furnaces results in deformation of the reducing pipe, and temperature change generates mutual influence resulting in increase of the accuracy error and reduction of the accuracy of the tested samples.

5、本儀器操作集中、簡單，容易控制避免了以前兩支石英異徑管所處位置不同，工作人員調(diào)試設(shè)備時(shí)費(fèi)事、費(fèi)時(shí)的情況。

5. The meter offers centralized and simple operations and is easy to control, to avoid the previous situation that the two quartz reducing pipes were in different positions thus it took trouble and time for the staff to debug the equipment.

6、外填充鋁和硅酸鋁保溫棉以起到良好的保溫性能和充分長度的恒溫區(qū)。

6. Aluminum and aluminum silicate insulation cotton is filled externally to offer good thermal insulation performance and a constant temperature zone in a sufficient length.

7、本儀器采用微電腦控制，觸摸液晶顯示屏，顯示更直觀，數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)量大，可自行編輯程序。

7. The meter is controlled by a microcomputer, with a touch LCD for more intuitive display, and can store a large amount of data and be programmed.

8、輸入檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)可以自動(dòng)換算結(jié)果，無需人工計(jì)算，數(shù)據(jù)保存，查詢方便簡潔，信息集中，明確，一目了然。
