長(zhǎng)距離鋁電解天車滑線的開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用
Development and application of long distance crane sliding line
    該項(xiàng)目針對(duì)電解車間原多功能天車滑觸線故障率高、維修難的問(wèn)題研究開(kāi)發(fā)了新型天車滑線，改造后技術(shù)達(dá)到*水平，其主要技術(shù)特點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)如下：
The project for electrolytic workshop of original multifunctional crane sliding contact line fault rate is high, difficult maintenance of developed new overhead travelling crane slide wire, after the transformation technology has reached the international advanced level, the main technical features and innovation points are as follows:
  （1）開(kāi)發(fā)了以天車軌道為基準(zhǔn)定位技術(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)了滑觸線定位；
(1) developed a precise positioning technology in crane track for reference, to achieve precise positioning of the sliding contact line;
  （2）研發(fā)了膨脹單元與廠房伸縮縫同步技術(shù)，消除了廠房伸縮對(duì)天車滑線的影響；
(2) developed the expansion unit and plant expansion joint synchronization technology, eliminates the influence of slip line workshop escopic crane;
  （3）研制了一種可調(diào)式天車滑線固定支撐裝置和一種新型的電解天車滑觸線膨脹單元固定支撐裝置，解決了滑觸線安裝定位的技術(shù)難題。

  （4）采用了大范圍滑觸線膨脹單元自由伸縮裝置，活動(dòng)間隙達(dá)到200mm，并能可靠的保證天車集電器的良好接觸、安全滑行。
