國(guó)內(nèi)液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)亟待突破研發(fā)瓶頸

中文版： 近年來(lái)，液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)確實(shí)發(fā)展很快，尤其是近兩年，行業(yè)總量不斷增加。根據(jù)液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的統(tǒng)計(jì)，統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)之所以有這么大的差別，是因?yàn)橄喈?dāng)一部分液位計(jì)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)沒(méi)有被統(tǒng)計(jì)進(jìn)來(lái)。但恰恰是民營(yíng)企業(yè)的快速崛起，給我國(guó)液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)注入了新的活力。據(jù)了解，很多民營(yíng)企業(yè)發(fā)展速度非?？?，他們的銷售額、液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值已經(jīng)達(dá)到幾億元、十幾億元甚至是幾十億元。同時(shí)，國(guó)有企業(yè)改組、改制這兩年也取得了階段性成果?？梢赃@樣說(shuō)，液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的國(guó)營(yíng)企業(yè)基本上完成了改造，開(kāi)始向多元化方向發(fā)展，行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不斷增強(qiáng)。盡管如此，但仍然要清醒地認(rèn)識(shí)到，液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)所面臨的幾個(gè)突出問(wèn)題：產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾沒(méi)有得到根本性解決。產(chǎn)業(yè)集中度不高。資料顯示，液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模以上的企業(yè)約在6000家左右，也有人認(rèn)為。是企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)還停留在價(jià)格戰(zhàn)的層面上，有的企業(yè)為了占領(lǐng)市場(chǎng)，不惜以低于成本的價(jià)格參與競(jìng)標(biāo)，這種混亂的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局，導(dǎo)致液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)雖然經(jīng)過(guò)20年的發(fā)展，但始終沒(méi)有形成合力，致使液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)在上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力得不到很快提升。從主觀上講，液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)本身確實(shí)存在一些問(wèn)題：研發(fā)能力不足，自主創(chuàng)新能力不強(qiáng)，液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)隊(duì)伍沒(méi)有很大的改善，也沒(méi)有多大的提高。過(guò)去，液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)還有一些技術(shù)帶頭人還沒(méi)有建立起一個(gè)為全行業(yè)服務(wù)的研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)，而企業(yè)的研發(fā)能力又不強(qiáng)。除此之外，儀器儀表行業(yè)管理職能削弱，這些因素都直接影響到行業(yè)的發(fā)展。從客觀上講，目前主動(dòng)選用國(guó)產(chǎn)液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的用戶還很少。有的用戶雖然已開(kāi)始采用國(guó)產(chǎn)設(shè)備，但也是迫不得已。一方面，國(guó)外液位計(jì)產(chǎn)品價(jià)格昂貴，另一方面，國(guó)家有相應(yīng)的政策。在這樣的一個(gè)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下，只能說(shuō)明兩個(gè)問(wèn)題，液位計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展確實(shí)存在“軟肋"，二是國(guó)產(chǎn)化的理念還沒(méi)有*被用戶所接受。英文版：In recent years, it develops very quickly the industry level, especially in the last two years, the industry increased the total.
