一，結(jié)構(gòu)介紹
1.structure introduction
什么是電動(dòng)閥電動(dòng)閥門？簡(jiǎn)單地說就是用電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器控制閥門,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門的開和關(guān)。其可分為上下兩部分，上半部分為電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器，下半部分為閥門。電動(dòng)閥分兩種，一種為角行程電動(dòng)閥：由角行程的電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器配合角行程的閥使用，實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門90度以內(nèi)旋控制管道流體通斷；另一種為直行程電動(dòng)閥：由直行程的電動(dòng)執(zhí)行器配合直行程的閥使用，實(shí)現(xiàn)閥板上下動(dòng)作控制管道流體通斷。通常在自動(dòng)化程度較高的設(shè)備上配套使用,本閥水平安裝調(diào)節(jié)精度.
What is electric valve? An electric valve is simply an electric actuator that controls valve and in this way can achieve valve's opening and closing. It can be divided into upper and lower parts. The upper part is the electric actuator and the lower part is the valve. There are two kinds of electric valves, one is angle stroke electric valve: it is used by its electric actuator and cooperates with the valve to realize the control of the fluid flow of the valve within 90 degrees; the other is direct stroke electric valve: it is used by its electric actuator and cooperates with the valve to realize the control of the fluid flow of the pipeline through the up and down motion of the valve plate. Usually when used in conjunction with a higher degree of automation equipment, horizontal installation can get the best adjustment accuracy.

電動(dòng)閥門操作原理電動(dòng)閥通常由電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)和閥門連接起來，經(jīng)過安裝調(diào)試后成為電動(dòng)閥。電動(dòng)閥使用電能作為動(dòng)力來接通電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)驅(qū)動(dòng)閥門，實(shí)現(xiàn)閥門的開關(guān)、調(diào)節(jié)動(dòng)作。從而達(dá)到對(duì)管道介質(zhì)的開關(guān)或是調(diào)節(jié)目的。電磁閥是電動(dòng)閥的一個(gè)種類；是利用電磁線圈產(chǎn)生的磁場(chǎng)來拉動(dòng)閥芯，從而改變閥體的通斷，線圈斷電，閥芯就依靠彈簧的壓力退回。

電動(dòng)閥門的用途：電動(dòng)閥：用于液體、氣體和風(fēng)系統(tǒng)管道介質(zhì)流量的模擬量調(diào)節(jié)，是AI控制。在大型閥門和風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的控制中也可以用電動(dòng)閥做兩位開關(guān)控制。電動(dòng)閥：可以有AI反饋信號(hào)，可以由DO或AO控制，比較見于大管道和風(fēng)閥等。

Ⅱ.工作性質(zhì)：電動(dòng)閥門的驅(qū)動(dòng)一般是用電機(jī)，比較耐電壓沖擊。電磁閥是快開和快關(guān)的，一般用在小流量和小壓力，要求開關(guān)頻率大的地方電動(dòng)閥反之。電動(dòng)閥閥的開度可以控制，狀態(tài)有開、關(guān)、半開半關(guān)，可以控制管道中介質(zhì)的流量而電磁閥達(dá)不到這個(gè)要求。氣動(dòng)閘閥：借助壓縮空氣驅(qū)動(dòng)的閥門。
