Pneumatic Pinch Valve
Summary: imported pneumatic tube pinch valve is a pneumatic device to drive source, can realize the remote control of the pipe clamp valve. Can be widely used in mines, smelters, cement plants, sewage treatment plant, medium conveying pipeline.
Structure: by the pneumatic device, or cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel body, the rubber sleeve, the size of the stem, gate, upper and lower guide pillars and other parts,
Imported pneumatic tube pinch valve working principle of: in control medium without input, cavity and air between the rubber sleeve and the valve body is communicated, the rubber sleeve by the fluid pressure in the outward tension. Because the sleeves with reinforcing ply angle is arranged, make the tube axial and radial pressure balance each other, so the length and diameter of pipe not because of fluid pressure changes. When the control medium into the cavity between the sleeve and the valve body, closure deformation under pressure in the medium.
