安裝使用

熱繼電器的整定電流調(diào)節(jié)范圍應(yīng)包容被保護(hù)對(duì)象的額定電流值。

熱繼電器整定電流調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕不能隨意旋轉(zhuǎn)，使用時(shí)請(qǐng)按保護(hù)對(duì)象的電流值進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)、整定，否則容易引起誤動(dòng)作。

選定組合安裝時(shí)，先適當(dāng)松動(dòng)接觸器主接線端子上的接線螺釘，把熱繼電器的掛鉤部分插入接觸器相慶的溝槽，再把熱繼電器的導(dǎo)電桿插入接觸器的主接線端子內(nèi)，堅(jiān)固主動(dòng)接線端子上的螺釘，即可完成組合安裝。

選定分立安裝，首先按5.1.3程序?qū)崂^電器固定在附件(底板)上，即可進(jìn)行分立安裝。

連接導(dǎo)線采用單芯聚氯乙烯(PVC)絕緣銅導(dǎo)線，輔助電路連接導(dǎo)線截面積1mm2，主電路連接導(dǎo)線載面積見(jiàn)表5，負(fù)載為電動(dòng)機(jī)時(shí)的接線原理圖見(jiàn)圖5。

The connecting wire is made of single-core PVC insulated copper wire. The cross-sectional area of the auxiliary circuit connecting wire is 1mm2.
