Zero Adjustment
Power on and preheat for 10 minutes and then enter the calibration
Press and hold the "K1" key for more than 3 seconds, LED1 flashes 3 times from the original state and then goes out, indicating that it has entered the zero point calibration mode. Keep the weighing platform or sensor with no load or light load, and keep it stable. Use a multimeter to detect the output current. And use the buttons to adjust the output current:
1.Short press the "K1" key, LED1 flashes once, and the output current increases a little
2.Long press the "K1" button, LED1 flashes continuously, the output current continues toincrease, release the button to stop
3.Short press the "K2" button, LED2 will flash once, and the output current willdecrease a bit
4. Long press the "K2" key, LED2 flashes continuously, the output current continues to decrease, release the key to stop
5. Press "K1" and "K2" at the same time (short press) to exit the zero adjustment and save the current adjustment
Load Adjustment
Power on and preheat for 10 minutes and then enter the calibration
Press and hold the "K2" key for more than 3 seconds, LED2 flashes 3 times from the original state and then goes out, indicating
that it has entered the load calibration mode. Load the weighing platform or sensor with a load or weight and keep it stable.
Use a multimeter to check the output current , And use the buttons to adjust the output current:
1. Short press the "K1" key, LED1 flashes once, and the output current increases a little
2. Long press the "K1" button, LED1 flashes continuously, the output current continues to increase, release the button to stop
3. Short press the "K2" button, LED2 will flash once, and the output current will decrease a bit
4. Long press the "K2" key, LED2 flashes continuously, the output current continues to decrease, release the key to stop
5. Press "K1" and "K2" at the same time (short press) to adjust and exit, and save the current adjustment
Set Filter Coefficient
Press "K1" and "k2" at the same time for more than 3 seconds, LED1 and LED2 blink 3 times from the original state and then
go out, indicating that the filter coefficient setting mode has been entered, use the button to adjust the filter coefficient:
1. Short press the "K1" key, the filter coefficient will increase by 1 level, LED1 and LED2 will flash several times, which means the
current filter coefficient is in several levels
2. Short press the "K2" key, the filter coefficient will decrease by 1 level, LED1 and LED2 will flash several times, which means
the current filter coefficient is in several levels
3. Press "K1" and "K2" at the same time (short press) to exit and save the current settings
Reset
Press the "K1" and "k2" keys at the same time to turn on (power on the transmitter), LED1 and LED2 flash alternately, after
releasing the keys, the factory settings are restored and the normal working mode is entered.
Status Indication
LED1: Fast blinking indicates normal operation
LED2: bright means when the output current is greater than 20mA
LED3: bright to indicate that the power supply is working normally
