iX II 系列代表了新一代的交流和直流電源,能讓測試設(shè)備以更低的成本執(zhí)行更多項功能,滿足當(dāng)今市場的需求。iX II 系列產(chǎn)品將靈活的交流/直流電源與高性能功率分析儀相結(jié)合,能夠處理各種復(fù)雜應(yīng)用,無需使用多個系統(tǒng)。
iX II 系列產(chǎn)品的有效集成方法避免了交流測試系統(tǒng)中常見的混亂線纜。i/iX Series II 采用 4U 機箱設(shè)計,并且能安裝在機架上。所有連接均是內(nèi)部連接,因此無需外部數(shù)字萬用表、電源諧波分析儀和電流分流器或夾鉗。iX II 系列采用的數(shù)字信號處理器和精密的高分辨率 A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換器,可提供比一般專用諧波功率分析儀更高的精度和分辨率。由于 iX II 系列產(chǎn)品中的許多組件是交流/直流電源和功率分析儀共用的,因此集成系統(tǒng)的總成本會比多單元系統(tǒng)來得低。
對于要求較低的應(yīng)用,用戶可以選用 iX 系列產(chǎn)品。其具備與 iX II 系列產(chǎn)品相近的輸出和瞬態(tài)功能,并提供基本功率測量功能。

主要特點
操作簡單的控件
iX II 系列 和 i II 系列產(chǎn)品均采用微處理器控制,可通過易于使用的前面板鍵盤進(jìn)行操控。所有功能以邏輯性方式分組,讓用戶通過鍵盤直接訪問所需功能。用戶因此無需搜索多重級別的菜單和/或軟鍵。可通過大型模擬控制旋鈕快速轉(zhuǎn)換輸出參數(shù)。旋鈕通過動態(tài)速率變化算法進(jìn)行控制。該算法結(jié)合了對小參數(shù)變化的精確控制與全范圍快速掃描。
應(yīng)用
iX II 系列交流和直流電源具有精確的輸出調(diào)節(jié)功能和精度,可用于交流和直流電源測試的多個領(lǐng)域。iX 還能提供高負(fù)載電流、多相或單相輸出模式,以及內(nèi)置功率分析儀測量功能。其他功能包括線路失真模擬(LDS),任意波形生成和程控輸出阻抗等,可滿足產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和法規(guī)遵從性測試的各種要求。

越來越多電子設(shè)備和電器制造商需要在各種輸入線條件下對其產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行全面評估和測試。內(nèi)置輸出瞬態(tài)信號生成和回讀測量功能提供了易于使用的集成測試系統(tǒng),便于使用。
航空電子學(xué)
iX II系列產(chǎn)品的輸出頻率高達(dá) 1000 Hz 以及 150 VRMS,非常適用于航空和航天應(yīng)用。精確的頻率控制和精準(zhǔn)的負(fù)載調(diào)節(jié)是這些應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的 IEEE-488 控制接口和 SCPI 命令語言讓用戶輕松將產(chǎn)品集成到現(xiàn)有的 ATE 系統(tǒng)中。使用 iX II 系列產(chǎn)品,用戶就能免去數(shù)個測試設(shè)備。該產(chǎn)品僅占用 7 英寸的機架空間(4U),有助節(jié)省成本和空間。產(chǎn)品還提供常用的編程環(huán)境的儀器驅(qū)動程序,如 National Instruments LabView、DO-160、ABD-0100、MIL-STD-704A-F 和 Boeing 7E73B-0147,有助加速系統(tǒng)集成。
監(jiān)管測試
隨著各國政府紛紛實施產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),越來越多制造商需要進(jìn)行監(jiān)管合規(guī)性測試。iX II 系列設(shè)計用于滿足 Euronorm EN 61000 一致性測試的交流源要求。3001iX、5001iX 和 15003iX 的程控輸出阻抗功能可用于創(chuàng)建閃爍測試所需的 IEC 725 參考阻抗。
多箱配置
針對高功率應(yīng)用,用戶可以將兩個或三個 5001i/iX 機箱組合使用,以提供 10 到 15 kVA 的單項或三項功率。
在訂購 9003iX、15003iX 或 15003i 三相配置設(shè)備時,用戶還可以選購 MODE-iX 選件。此選項能實現(xiàn)在單相或三相輸出模式之間自動切換。在單相模式中,所有的電流都可以是A相。MODE-iX 選項可將所有三個 5001i/iX 放大器的輸出切換到單個輸出連接器。如果沒有 MODE-iX 選項,15003i/iX 系統(tǒng)配置為三相操作。
高波峰因子
i/iX II 系列產(chǎn)品的交流電源可提供高達(dá) 5 :1 的波峰因子,可輕松驅(qū)動各種非線性負(fù)載。許多現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)品都使用開關(guān)電源,因此趨向于吸收較大的重復(fù)峰值電流。5001iX 可提供高達(dá) 110 安培的重復(fù)峰值電流(低范圍)來處理此類負(fù)載。
遠(yuǎn)程控制
用戶可以通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的 IEEE-488 和 RS232C 遠(yuǎn)程控制接口,從外部計算機對所有儀器功能進(jìn)行編程。可用 SCPI 命令協(xié)議進(jìn)行編程。產(chǎn)品提供的幾種常用的儀器編程環(huán)境的驅(qū)動程序有助促進(jìn) i/iX 系列的系統(tǒng)集成。
